జనశ్రీ BIOGRAPHY OF BEN JOHNSON Siddanthapu Ben Johnson comes from a family of educated teachers. Both parents were government employees. Johnson was born on June 22, 1967, at Tondangi village in East Godavari, Andrapradesh. His Elementary education was held at Tondangi Primary School, High School Education was ZPHS Tondangi, ZPHS Divili and ZPHS Uppada kothapalli zilla Parishad High School. His Intermediate Education was held at RRBHR Government Junior College Pithapuram. Ben johnson was studied B.Sc in Botany Main Course with B.Sc at , P.RGC kainada .He was studied Bachelor of Education degree at St. Mary's College, Kakinada. He was graduated from Periyar University with a MA in English. Ben Johnson selected as secondary grade teacher in 1995 DSC. Since childhood, Johnson has interested in social service, he has continued in the teaching profession also. During his life time, he worked as a teacher in the fisherman villages of kotha Perumallpuram, Uppada and Ponnada. He educated so many fisherman students. They were in highly position. Ben johnson started teaching profession In kotha Perumalpuram mpps as a single teacher. He upgraded where the same school to a upper primary school in 2000 and a High school in 2003, He collected Five acres of land from the GADDIPETA villagers for the high school. He collected 2 lacks of rupees from Hatcheries of kotha perumallapuram he arranged school compound wall and iron mesh . Working with the school's education He encouraged to the villagers to celebrate 60th school anniversary of mpps kotha perumallapuram. He was donated furniture to the school like beruava, chairs and to the school. He conducted Mandal level science fair in coastal village of MPPS KPPURAM in thondangi mandal committee .He put efforts to rejoined the dropouts in to school nearly 200 students. They were joined in the school. He served to the illiterate dwakra women in Akshara Godavari state level programme was educating the 11 illiterate women of the Dwarka group in the coastal villages. For the first time in coastal area , a continuing education center was opened village of kotha Perumalpuram with the help of the government by collected Rs 10,000 from the villagers. Johnson, who joined the ponnada mpps 2 in 2003 as a secondary grade teacher by the transfer. For the first time in the state, 15000 RS valuble a mid-day meal daining hall for the school children has been built by him . for the effective implementation of a mid-day meal scheme with the help of the public, Ben johnson promoted as a school assistant English at kothapalli Zilla Parishad High School. He collected worth of 100000 Rs from Rotary Club, Kakinada in collaboration they constructed a hand wash station fir the midday meal programme. He encouraged surya Water Plant kothapalli, in cooperation with them, they has been continuously providing fresh water and mineral water to the students to drink at mid meal dining . He collected worth of 25000 RS from the old students RS 25 decorative steel flag poles. As a Teacher Farm district convener He served Under the auspices of the a MV Foundation Hyderabad, East Godavari district child labor emancipation platform, and hundreds of child laborers were rejoined into schools by him. He donated to the Many child laborers have uniforms and note books with their own funds and are included in the school. He donated to the Many AIDS patients donate medicines, clothes and rations. In The disaster, such as the tsunami and the corona, He collected donations with students in many costumes and disadvantages. As Artist Johnson Master has trained many students in cultural arts. Singing songs, Students trained in dancing and acting a short film 'vydyaniki jeevam' was produced with the students. He encouraged to the students to participated and win the prizes at national level short films. He organized many school anniversaries and school festivals. He encouraged students to participated in extracurricular activities at the zonal level have been rewarded with performances. He encouraged to the students to participate in quizes and debit competitions at school anniversaries, school festivals and also zonal levels, and to win prizes. He encouraged the students to participated in The Kakinada Kriya State Level Competition. He encouraged students participate in to a variety of subjects such as painting, storytelling, clay figurines, teaching material , choreography, drama and many more. Students are encouraged to participate in zonal-level math’s MELA and teaching Learning Material competitions MELA. He was encouraged to the pupils win prizes at the Science Fair. He encouraged to the pupils start the school magazine druvathaara ,in Zilla Parishad High School History in andrapradesh this is the first school magazine un state ever. Students collected comic stories, painted pictures, and poems, school news, form the other class children. These are all printed in the school magazine every month, Johnson Master trained as a Scout Guide, He started Scouts troup with the students at zphs Kommanapalli they have carried out many service activities in the surrounding villages. He conducted many Health camps. With Kiran Eye Hospital in Kakinada he conducted free eye medical camps in collaboration with them. He organized Apollo Hospitals Kakinada held a free mega medical camp with doctors in Uppada. He conducted Several rallies have been held in the villages for the ban on plastic for environmental protection. He has worked with charities and conducted several awareness classes on tourism conservation. He planted Many plants were planted with students as part of Clean and Green. As a writer Ben Johnson Master wrote many books. Has been the convener of the Narratives section of the Balasahiti of East Godavari district, and has authored books for the students, such as Allari, pada Kadambam and East Godavari District Folk Art, which have been printed and the government sent to schools across the state. Johnson trained in Puppetry in C E R T Rajasthan, and he wrote a book called Puppet Making. BADIGANTALU has authored a book called Handbook of Headmaster. He translated international book called Communicate in the Sustainable Development Goals, published by UNICEF. He wrote The book of CHETTU NA BOMMALU to primary school students. He prepared English study material for the tenth class grade students this study material was printed and supplied distributed to schools. He prepared many audio video visuaval DVD for school children He created blogs for the student tenants. Creative Buddies shows the talents of students. He encouraged students to run their own YouTube channel. This is the first government school children’s YouTube channel forever .He teaching online lessons to students by creating a YouTube channel .He strengthening the school library The school library is being strengthened by collecting valuable books from educators in the village. He got awards. The district's best teacher award in 2010 and the state's best teacher award in 2018, numerous organizations have honored Ben Johnson with awards at the District, State and National levels.
